Making a Timely Entrance and Exit

  • Q: When should I arrive? And leave?
  • A: All arrival and departure information for your Oxford Summer Courses summer school is sent to you at least 4 weeks before you begin your course. For most summer school courses, students must arrive on Sunday afternoons as the courses do not open, and rooms will not be accessible before 2 p.m., so you should aim to arrive between 2 and 4 p.m. When it is time to leave on Saturday, you will need to hand back your room key by 10 a.m. and leave the site by 12 noon. Your first meal during your summer school will be on the evening of your arrival day, and your last meal with us will be breakfast on your departure day. Please note, that we cannot accommodate students outside their summer school course dates unless students are participating in consecutive courses with Oxford Summer Courses.
