Oxford Timetable for Ages 18–24
Your two-week timetable at Oxford is carefully balanced between academic development and personal growth. Each weekday begins with breakfast and morning sign-in, followed by seminars and tutorials led by expert tutors. These sessions encourage thoughtful debate and hands-on learning.
After lunch, afternoons include structured tutorials, study time, and personal development sessions like goal-setting and reflection. Evening events include quiz nights, film screenings, and our signature formal dinner. Saturdays are for cultural excursions in or near Oxford, and Sundays are for arrival and settling in.

Oxford Accommodation
You’ll stay in one of three renowned Oxford colleges: Worcester College, Lady Margaret Hall, or St Anne’s College. Each offers something unique — Worcester is one of Oxford’s largest and most picturesque colleges, LMH has a peaceful riverside setting, and St Anne’s combines modern facilities with a spacious, green campus.
Rooms are single or shared, grouped by gender, with shared bathrooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Friendly residential staff are on site 24/7 to offer support and ensure a safe, welcoming environment throughout your course.
Oxford Visa Information
If you’re travelling from outside the UK, you may need a visa to join our courses. Most students aged 18–24 apply for a Standard Visitor Visa, which requires proof of return travel, accommodation, and funds to support your stay. Once your course fees are paid, we’ll issue a Visa Support Letter to help with your application.
Students from countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain may be eligible for an Electronic Visa Waiver (EVW) instead. If you’re unsure about your visa requirements, our team is happy to help.


Oxford Travel and Support
We provide complimentary transfers for students arriving at London Heathrow Airport on the course start date (Sunday) between 8:00 am and 3:45 pm. Our team will meet you at the arrivals hall and assist with your transfer, which departs every hour from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
On departure day, we offer a complimentary transfer back to Heathrow from your accommodation for flights departing between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, with a target arrival time at the airport of three hours before take-off. Full travel details will be provided in your Travel Form before your course begins.
