About Technology
Technology is all around us — from the apps we use every day to the systems that power the world. It involves understanding how things work, solving problems, and creating new ideas using digital tools.
Students interested in technology often also explore Science Explorers, where they learn how things work in the natural world, and Maths Explorers, where they develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills. At our Technology Explorers summer school, students discover how these subjects connect in exciting and practical ways.
Learning and Thinking Like a Technology Explorer
Learning technology is about experimenting, creating, and trying new ideas. On our Technology Explorers summer school, students are encouraged to explore how things work, test ideas, and learn through doing.
Students build confidence by solving problems, working in teams, and using their imagination. This helps them develop important skills while having fun, and supports learning in subjects such as Science Explorers and Maths Explorers.
