What is the difference between Standard and Premium rooms? Standard rooms have shared bathrooms and provide a sociable living environment, while Premium rooms feature private en-suite bathrooms for enhanced privacy and comfort.
Can I choose my room type? Yes, you can select your preferred room type when applying. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
What should I bring for my stay? We recommend bringing personal items such as toiletries and any study materials you may need. All rooms come equipped with basic furniture, including a bed, desk, and storage space.
Are there rooms for junior students? Yes, junior students (ages 9-12 and 12-14) are offered Standard rooms at venues like Harrow School, Eton College, and St John’s Beaumont.
Can I request to change my room once I arrive? Room changes are subject to availability and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, though this cannot be guaranteed.
