Established in 1885 during the Victorian golden age of college foundations, Hughes Hall boasts a rich history and impressive architecture. Its grand main building, now known as the Margaret Wileman Building in honour of the college's seventh Principal, was designed by William Fawcett and inaugurated in 1895.
