Joining us for a summer course this year?

It goes without saying that you're going to create some truly unforgettable memories during your time with us. From experiencing world-class teaching models to making friendships with new people from around the world, there's so much you have to look forward to this summer. And we want to help you share the magic of our courses with as many people as possible.

From 26th June 2022 through to 31st August 2022, we'll be running a competition on the Oxford Summer Courses' Instagram page, which you can enter for the chance to win a win a professional framed photo of yourself from your graduation ceremony.

Simply upload your favourite memories from your summer, make sure you tag us, and use #MyOxSCAdventure in the caption to be entered into the competition! Take a look below for all the details you need on how to enter, as well as those all-important Terms and Conditions.

FULL COMPETITION DETAILS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The terms and conditions apply to the promotion available. "The Promoter" refers to Oxford Summer Courses Ltd whose Instagram handle is @oxfordsummercourses. The "Prize" refers to one professional framed photo of the student from their graduation ceremony.

• By entering the competition you agree to these terms and conditions. All entries must be posted by 11:00 PM (BST) on 24th August 2022. Three (3) winners will be announced and selected by The Promoter on 31st August 2022 and the winners will be notified on or after this date.

• The competition is open to all students on an Oxford Summer Courses 2022 programme, aged between 13 - 24. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian, who must have read and agreed to these terms on your behalf. Proof of consent and contact details for your parent or guardian will be required.

• Each participant shall enter the competition via Instagram by tagging @oxfordsummercourses and #MyOxSCAdventure on each photo/video caption. By agreeing to participate, you give The Promoter permission to share your content on their profile, giving credit to the source when posting.

• While The Prize applies to individual entries only, the entrant's submission can feature multiple persons. As such, the entrant confirms that, prior to any image or video they submit which contains individuals other than themselves, they have obtained permission from said persons featured.

• The Prize will be awarded to three (3) separate winners who have entered on Instagram. Prizes are to be offered to one student from each of our course locations for summer 2022: Oxford, Cambridge, and London. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

• The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute for another prize either equal or higher value.

• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable the fulfilment of the Prize.

• The winners will be notified by email and DM on Instagram within 28 days of the close date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Oxford Summer Courses. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

• The winner's name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winners have been selected.
