Application Received - Ages: 18-24

Thank You for Applying to Oxford Summer Courses

To move forward, please complete the £25 application fee.

We won’t be able to review or progress your application until payment is received. Once you've paid, our admissions team will review your details and get in touch to discuss the next steps.

If you haven’t completed your payment yet, don’t worry—we’ll send you a reminder shortly. But we highly recommend doing it soon to avoid missing out on your preferred course or dates, as places fill quickly.

What Happens Next?

When will I hear back after I apply?

We aim to email you within 24 hours after your payment has been received to let you know if your application has been successful.

What happens if I’m accepted?

Your offer email will include a booking link so you can secure your place by paying a deposit.

Will someone contact me after I apply?

Yes — once your application fee has been paid, we’ll try to contact you using your preferred method and time. This is your opportunity to ask questions and get support.

Who will the call be from?

We'll call you from a UK number, so please keep an eye out if you're expecting a follow-up chat.

What You Need to Do

Where will I get my offer and booking link?

Your offer email — including your booking link — will be sent to the inbox you used in your application, so check it regularly.

How long do I have to confirm my place?

You’ll have 12 days from the date of your offer email to pay the deposit and secure your place. After that, it may be offered to someone else.

Do places ever sell out?

Yes — courses fill up quickly, so responding fast gives you the best chance of getting the location and dates you want.

Why is there an application fee?

The £25 application fee helps cover administrative costs and ensures we can review and process applications in a timely manner. It also enables our admissions team to provide personalised support throughout your journey. The fee is non-refundable and helps us maintain a high standard of service for all applicants.
