St Anne’s college was founded in 1878, originally as a women’s college. Male students were able to attend from 1979 and today it is one of the larger colleges in Oxford, with around 600 students.
St Anne’s hosts Oxford Summer Courses students aged 16-24, in single rooms with the option of shared or private bathrooms. Located in North Oxford, the college boasts proximity to the neighbourhoods of Jericho, Park Town and Oxford University Parks, which is ideal for sports, games, reading and relaxing with friends after a busy day.
Each Friday evening you will get the chance to experience an Oxford University Formal Hall. A tradition of the University that has remained for centuries, a Formal Hall is where students gather (usually in their robes), to sit down for a 3 course meal in their grand college dining hall.
