Whether you aspire to be a CEO, a life coach or the future leader of your country, this course will guide you through the key concepts and ethics of leadership, before focusing on the practical skills every great leader needs to succeed. With a professional tutor you’ll look at case studies and discuss the various methods, skills and characteristics essential for leadership, and how to use those skills to grow and motivate others.
Learning in a small group (no more than 15 students and often fewer), as well as 1:1 or 2:1 tutorials, means that you get quality time with your tutor and the chance to ask all your most pressing questions. Through interactive learning, our tutors will guide you through new concepts and assign you practise tasks to build your knowledge and skills. You will also have an opportunity for group work, independent research, and homework assignments to be discussed in class. Small classes mean everyone gets to have their say, and students learn from debating with one another, as well as from their tutor. You’ll take part in academic workshops that will build your transferable skills are help you prepare for your academic career.

Summer course students have the opportunity to stay at the National University of Singapore student housing for the duration of their course for their convenience. The course also offers a non-residential option for local students. The National University of Singapore is located in East Singapore, known for its top academic institutions, commercial sector, and restaurants
At the National University of Singapore accommodation, our pastoral staff and group leaders will be nearby to make sure you’re safe, comfortable and happy. On the first day, our staff provide students with an orientation to help you settle in and work out the basics of student life.
