Discover more about our innovative project based courses in London

This summer, Oxford Summer Courses will be leading courses in London. Studying at a summer course in London while it navigates a time of change is extremely informative. You will learn while surrounded by real-world issues in London. Additionally, you will learn how industries adapt to a changing environment. Our courses will put you in touch with leading companies in London, and you will learn how they intend to navigate the changes of Brexit. Post-Brexit, London will be undergoing a time of transformation in its business sector. Currently, over 70% of the London Stock Exchange top 100 listed companies (FTSE 100) are located within London’s metropolitan area. Additionally, 75% of Fortune 500 companies have offices in London. Today, London continues to thrive as the centre of industry in Europe.  Over 100 of the 500 largest companies in Europe are headquartered in central London. London is the largest financial exporter in the world. London is the most competitive financial centre in the world in the Global Financial Centres Index as of September 2017.

You will learn in the city as it navigates a time of change, dealing with the changes imposed by Brexit on a company level. The real-world experience that you will take away from studying in London in the summer of 2018 will form your understanding in a time of change. In addition, you’ll learn from industry experts and top academics with a focus on project-based learning, while also expanding your perspective by living abroad.

You’ll also meet new friends from around the world, gaining an international perspective while learning more about your favourite topic.  Your accommodation at Garden Hall is situated in a safe and exciting location, surrounded by top London attractions such as Big Ben & The Houses of Parliament, The British Museum, The Tower of London, King’s Cross Station (Platform 9 ¾ for Harry Potter fans!), The Emirates Stadium, and much more.
