Once you have submitted your application form, we will consider your application and email a confirmation note within 14 days (though usually sooner). This will provide details about whether your application has been provisionally accepted. It is at this time we will send you an Agreement containing terms and conditions.

You will then sign the Agreement (which will need a signature from your parents/guardians if under 18). To be able to reserve the place offered to you, we will ask for a deposit to be paid. The place will be confirmed and secured once the full fees have been received. Shortly before your course starts we will send out a Welcome Pack with all the finalised details about your course including information about your tutors and Course Directors. Your subject tutor will then be in touch to provide you with some pre-course reading so that you can make the most of your time here in Oxford. We hope that the process is clear, but if you have any further questions about what to do, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
