Get an authentic taste of British boarding school life

This year, students on our junior programme will stay either at Cheltenham Ladies’ College or Wycombe Abbey - both locations offer historic surroundings, spacious grounds, and full pastoral staff support. Young learners will enjoy an academically challenging and immersive programme of lessons, day trips and exciting social and cultural activities. Students can join the course for 1,2,3,4, or 5 weeks, choosing a different academic subject each week.

Interactive learning

Our classes are never larger than fifteen, and at the end of their time with us, all students receive a certificate of completion and feedback from their tutor. We also ensure you’re safe and happy with a high staff to student ratio of 1:5, 24 hour supervision, and an on-site nurse.

Our Teaching Methods

Excursions and social activities

At Oxford Summer Courses, we believe in balancing hard work with exciting excursions. We know what trips will inspire students and keep their young minds active and entertained, so whether we’re taking in incredible history at Windsor Castle, exploring the epic Blenheim Palace, or marvelling at the spectacular sets of Harry Potter World, we’re always pushing the envelope of discovery and wonder.

Explore Junior Subjects

Our comfortable boarding houses have common rooms, study rooms and plenty of outside space to make the most of British summer. A ‘house parent’ will look after young students and ensure they are safe and happy while they are with us.
