Richard is a native-speaking English teacher, and grew up in the county of Warwickshire, near to William Shakespeare’s birthplace of Stratford-upon-Avon. When teaching, Richard draws upon his practical experience from his time as a journalist writing for renowned newspapers such as the Times, The Guardian and The Daily Telegraph to to help you improve your written and spoken English. He has also worked as a university lecturer and has trained students from all over the world in the finer points of English grammar and idioms for a number of years.
Drawing on his experience Richard enjoys using dynamic and interactive teaching methods as well as workshops and practical activities outside of the classroom to make his classes diverse and enjoyable for students.
Aside from his time spent teaching the English language Richard is an editor and writer of academic books on the media and has also written travel guides to the Alps.
Miklos Foldes achived his Masters in English Language and Literature from the School of English and American Studies of Eotvos University, Budapest in 1999. Since then he has also gained Qualified Teacher Status, and taught in schools in the UK and internationally. He gained his CELTA with International House in 2010 and is working towards a DELTA.
Harriet brown graduated from Hughes College, University of Oxford in 2006 with a BA in English Language and Literature. Since then she has been working as an English Language teacher and private English tutor all over the world, and was awarded a CELTA in 2017.
